Privacy Policy

Account: name, email address, phone number (optional), chosen language. Passwords are stored in hashed form, so we cannot read them.

Purchases: orders, tickets, payment references, and the time a ticket was scanned at the gate.

Resale: the bank, account number and account holder you enter when listing a ticket.

Technical data: for security, the IP address of sign-in attempts is kept for a short time.

We never receive card numbers or your bank app login. Payment takes place inside your bank app.

To process orders, issue tickets and send them by email, check tickets at the gate, pay out resale proceeds, give support and prevent fraud.

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Organizers and gate staff: the name and ticket details needed to check a ticket.

Service providers: the payment provider and banks, hosting and database services (Vercel, Prisma) and the email service (iTools). They process only what is needed to provide their service.

Public authorities: where the law requires it.

Messages in the site’s help chat may be passed to an AI service to produce a reply, so do not type passwords or bank details there.

Account data is kept while your account is active. Order and payment records are kept as accounting rules and the law require.

We store small items in your browser to remember your sign-in, language and theme. We do not use advertising trackers.

You may ask to see or correct your data, delete your account, or restrict how it is processed. Data we must keep by law cannot be deleted until that period ends.

You can edit your name, phone and language yourself under Profile. Send any other request to support@mticket.mn.

We encrypt connections with HTTPS, store passwords hashed and limit who can access data. Even so, no transfer over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.

If this policy changes we will publish it on this page with the new date.
