Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-11-05

These terms govern buying, using and reselling tickets through mticket.mn. By using the site you agree to them.

1. The service

Mticket is a platform that sells event tickets online and checks them by QR code at the gate.

Each event is run by its organizer. The organizer is responsible for the event’s content, time, location, age limits and house rules.

2. Your account

Register with your own valid email address. Your tickets and important notices are sent there.

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

If you are under 18, you may only buy with the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in Mongolian tögrög (₮). When you place an order, the tickets are held for you for a short time (normally 10 minutes). If payment is not made in that time, the order is cancelled automatically.

Payment is made by scanning a QR code with a bank app. Tickets are issued only after the payment provider has confirmed the payment.

4. Tickets and entry

Your ticket is delivered as a QR code under “My tickets” and to your email. Each ticket can be scanned only once.

Protecting your QR code is your responsibility. We are not liable if someone else enters first with your code, so do not post it publicly or hand it to strangers.

We give no guarantee for tickets obtained from third parties outside this site.

5. Official resale market

If you cannot attend, you may resell your ticket only through the “Resale” section of this site. The maximum price is 110% of the ticket’s face value.

When a ticket sells, a commission (currently 5%) is deducted and the rest is transferred to the bank account you registered. You are responsible for entering a correct account in your own name.

Once a ticket sells, the old QR code stops working and the buyer receives a new one.

6. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not forge tickets, use someone else’s account, buy in bulk with bots or automated tools, or bypass the site’s protections.

If we find such conduct, we may suspend or cancel the accounts, orders and tickets involved.

8. Limits of liability

We work to keep the site running, but it may be interrupted by maintenance, network problems or failures of third-party services.

We are not liable for indirect loss caused by force majeure or by an organizer’s fault. Nothing here limits the rights consumers have by law.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. A new version applies from the day it is published on this page; earlier purchases stay under the terms in force at the time.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. Disputes are first settled by discussion and, failing that, by the courts of Mongolia.
